LMAO -- Marvel CEO donates to Trump; social justice warriors lose their minds

Marvel CEO Isaac Perlmutter recently donated a YUGE $1 million to The Donald's personal nonprofit, and the SJWs are, needless to say, losing their minds:

In a matter of speaking, "Welcome to the party, people."

Thanks to the hateful, bigoted, hypocritical, insulting, and just plain stupid language of the likes of Ron Marz, Dan Slott, Tom Brevoort, Nick Spencer, Mark Waid, Gerry Conway and numerous others -- whose remarks have all been chronicled here and by fellow travelers Douglas Ernst, Avi Green, and Nate Winchester -- there are many right-leaning people who have dropped reading (modern) comics altogether.

After all, to paraphrase Colossus' sub-banner, why would any individual want to give money to those who spit in your face?

Hell, writer Mark Waid even told a fan not to buy his stuff because he didn't like how he was spoken to regarding a Twitter spat about ObamaCare:

No problem. We don't need to shell out $$ to so-called creators who tell fans to "f*** off."

A Jan. 28 post at Bleeding Cool ("Marvel Comics CEO Isaac Perlmutter Donated Over A Million Dollars To Donald Trumpís Veterans Event") notes that Perlmutter's wife donated to Rubio; Stan Lee supports Clintons. No outrage because these were/are apparently socially just donations.

Yeah, I read that too. But thanks for pointing that out on this post! :-)

Speaking as someone deeply opposed to a Trump candidacy, boycotting Marvel (not to mention throwing out Marvel memorabilia) simply because the CEO donated to his personal nonprofit is as idiotic as those morons boycotting Chick-Fil-A simply because the boss expressed a dissenting viewpoint. People should be boycotting Marvel because the stories on average suck and the creators are often antagonistic towards dissenting viewpoints.

That said, Marvel employees (not to mention comic creators as a whole) got themselves into this mess. They set the tone by demonizing those they disagree with and sucking up to the SJWs. It's a lot like how Joss Whedon tried to score points by calling "Jurassic World" sexist and then having to run with his tail between his legs when the SJWs went on a tear about Black Widow. You play with fire, you get burned. It's an obvious lesson, but no one ever said most Marvel employees are capable of grasping the obvious. They sure as hell won't be getting any sympathy from me.

So what does Perlmutter get from Trump now that he's done this?
