SCOTUS upholds ban on affirmative action

UPDATE: I should have been more clear: The ban applies to higher education based on a Michigan case.

Be ready for the "progressive" onslaught of how the high court is "turning back the clock on civil rights" and other such nonsense.

Read about the decision.

Personally, I think affirmative action is a bit outdated. Today, in 2014, there isn't anything preventing women or minorities from getting a job if they work hard.

Any law, policy or bureaucratic rule which separates Americans into groups, pit one American against another or favors one American over another or treats one differently under law and justice is just a leftist ploy to divide and conquer our nation and our people. There is no Constitutional basis nor Christian basis for discrimination and that includes the lie of "affirmative action".
