What was "Reaganomics," then?

A slur against old people?

MSNBC's Melissa Harris-Perry continues her network's insanity with the following:

I want to talk today about a controversial word. Itís a word that has been with us for years. And like it or not, itís indelibly printed in the pages of American history. A word that was originally intended as a derogatory term, meant to shame and divide and demean. The word was conceived of by a group of wealthy white men who needed a way to put themselves above and apart from a black man. To render him inferior and unequal and to diminish his accomplishments.

And so he decided, if you canít beat them, youíve got to join them. And he embraced the word and made it his own, sending his opposition a message they werenít expecting -- 'if thatís what you want me to be, Iíll be that.' Yíall know the word that Iím talking about. Obamacare.

Video at the link, too. You. Just. Cannot. Make. This. Sh**. Up. It defies all sense of parody.

If you have not watched the video yet, I implore you to please do so post haste. It is unreal.

By the way, has anyone seen/heard President Obama embracing the term Obamacare? I'm not saying that he hasn't, I just haven't heard it. I have only heard him refer to it as the ACA.
