After getting $4 million in federal money

... to set up its ObumbleCare website, our very own state of Delaware has enrolled ... FOUR PEOPLE via its website. That's right, FOUR.

And--according to the News Journal this morning-for ever one of those four lucky people, 100 Delawareans have lost their existing coverage and virtually all state employees (including teachers) are going to see their deductibles rise significantly next year.

But the President is sorry, so it's OK.

But we'll remain a solid blue state ... the teachers union will still love Obama, just like they did (do) with Markell because of the "D" after his name ...
