Is this what's it come to?

"She was a whore by her own admission. She was an alcoholic. She owed her college $5,000 for 10 years they had to sue her. The IRS levied an $11,000 tax lien against her. I mean, do I need to go on?"

Hold on; she was a whore by her own admission!? An alcoholic? WTF? I've been following this race and I don't remember hearing ANYTHING of the sort. I'm not O'Donnell's biggest fan but this is far beyond the pale. It is slanderous and if I were her, I'd sue.

I'm so tired of this crap. If this were Fox....yeah, we know. The only excuse for this woman not being pilloried Democrats for her statements is that nobody watches Joy Behar.

You wonder why good people don't go into politics? There you go.

Exactly, Duff. There's plenty of legitimate material for liberals (and others) to use against O'D; making up garbage like this ... well, that just shows what contemporary "progressivism" is all about!

It's a shame that politics is like swimming in a sewer,
it does limit the quality of candidate we get to vote for. My father turned down a state office in Arizona for that reason... and sadly, we all had to breathe a sigh of relief that we'd not be subject to that attention. I sure wish her luck, but it seems the deck's stacked against her. And heck- as she said, who didn't have sketchy friends when younger? I'd rather no one ever knew about my early years... the college semesters related to 'discovering' alcohol, for instance!

The liberal media is running the same campaign against Christine O'Donnell that Christine O'Donnell ran against Mike Castle.

Sorry if I can't muster up a shred of the sympathy that Christine O'Donnell is always crying for....
