Who knew? Obama saved Iraq!

Y'know, despite voting against the surge, and telling supporters in 2007 that “preventing a potential genocide in Iraq isn’t a good enough reason to keep U.S. forces there.” (Link.)

I mean, this takes balls:

DE's own Joe Biden uttered similar hilarities.

Hey, look fellas -- I was against the war and all too, but if I voted [how] and said [what] I did like our two top guys did, I wouldn't be as brazenly shameless as to claim credit for the success the situation now seems to have become ... y'know, in spite of my actions.

Unreal.

just think if we had a press that actually did there job by investigating all the 'shenanigans' that have gone on in the obama admin...this would already go down as the worst admin. on file...but, since we have a protective cover press 'corps', the dots aren't connected by most americans....sad.....

The current Iraq security agreement was in place before Obama took office and that agreement sets the timeline for our troops to leave. It was Iraq qho set the timeline for America to leave.

I thought Obama's policy on Iraq was, simply stated, "wouldn't have authorized the war in the first place (but wasn't in office)," also known as "voting present".
