Did road rules change?

Like, when did it become acceptable for people to drive slow as sh** in the left lane -- and refuse to get over??

That's been a frequent complaint among my Facebook friends. I've noticed too a lot more recently. It's a pain in the ass.

Just last weekend...got behind somehow just like that in the left lane. They maintained their speed, two cars in the right lane then accelerated...couldn't get over to the right, going nowhere fast in the left..PIA! No better than those drivers who somehow believe the use of turn signals are optional.

I call them "self-appointed speed regulators." You can just imagine them hunched over their steering wheel, uttering in a self-righteous tone: "They can pass me on the other side if they want, I'm driving the speed limit."

Jerks.
