Mike Protack smears Bill Lee in phone call

Listen to the following phone call where sock puppet Mike Protack unbelievably continues to yammer about Bill Lee being "creepy" (as noted in this post) -- because Lee occasionally likes to go out and hang out with women.

Once again, according to Mike "Sock Puppet" Protack, Bill Lee "doesn't have the character" to be governor because, as Protack plays in his message, Lee said on the air once that he likes to go out, he likes women, and he likes dancing.

As opposed to Protack, who engages in pathetic, cheap smears? Who makes threats to crash a Lee event and than doesn't show -- all the while insulting Lee's service as a US Marine? Yeah -- now THAT'S "character!"

Imagine that -- a single straight guy wanting to hang out with women. And in public, no less!

I'm just trying to figure out -- is Protack a proto-Taliban, or is he just more interested in hanging out with Barney Frank?

Neither, RwR. He's just a guy way too obsessed with winning a political office, and he doesn't care much of a whit about how he gets there. The good thing is that he'll get crushed in the upcoming DE gubernatorial primary.

Which seems as good a time as any to remind all registered Republicans in Delaware that there's a primary next Tuesday, September 9th, where they can show Mike Protack that trying to smear a man who has dedicated his life to helping Delawareans doesn't play around here. Vote Lee!

I was going to make sure you knew about this. I got the call too and was disgusted.

Is Protack saying that
1) men shouldn't like women?
2) men should spend time with women?
3) men shouldn't date women?

He really just is striking me as someone who doesn't like women.

I'm reminded of a scene from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, last episode of season 2 (shut up!) with Lee in the role of Buffy and Protack in the role of Principal Snyder:

Snyder's taking an almost physical pleasure in telling Buffy that she's expelled and Buffy says "You never, ever got a single date in high school, did?" Snyder responds, "What of it?"

I'm betting Protack never, ever got a single date in high school.
