The corruption that was so pervasive during the Street administration was nothing new to Philly.
Philadelphians are slow to change. Unfortunatly they tend to throw off one villainous party for the other and end up with the same thing.
I've lived in a number of places with differing degrees of party affiliation. One thing they all have in common is the more entreched one party is the more corrupt it is.
TM: The point here is the media, not corruption of any particular party.
