Well sure, they can. As long as it's limited to hypothetical votes via someone's internet site!
Are you out of your mind? "illegal"...dont you get it? If you are not an american citizen, you should have no voting rights, period. Becoming an american citizen if you are born outside of the USA should be a privaledge that is earned, not a right because you are here working illegally, and not paying taxes, and hurting our economy by lowering the legal work force because you will work for less money to stay here and send money to your relatives so that they do the same. It is being a leach on our society. Period..illegal means you are breaking the law.

As far as the fence that is so sorely needed, even the people building the fence state that it will only slow down immigration and that it is largely a waste of money. Inform yourselves.
