From today's News Journal:
A Wilmington woman, arrested after her young daughter was found wandering the streets Monday night, told police she had hired a baby sitter she met in a convenience store to watch her children while she was at work.... while she was in [the] convenience store, she met a 19-year-old girl she didn't know who reportedly lived in the area; she gave the girl $20 to watch her kids while she went to work.
But remember: "Families are seen as the experts in their own lives"! Therefore, we shouldn't judge her.
You know, it takes a village.
