I say they cheated too

The MSNBC.com story.

They have to forfeit Super Bowl XXXVI. The St. Louis Rams are 2001 NFL champions. 'Nuff said.

Isn't it enough that the Eagles remain shut out? I take a great deal of pleasure in that. Don't let your championship forfeitures rob me of their history of crappitude.

Brud: You got me, man. I know I should be content that I finally saw my team get a ring (1999 season), but it really grates me that the 2001 Rams -- a much better team than the '99 Rams and favored by two touchdowns to win SB 36 -- fell short of it all. If they had won like they were supposed to, they could have been known as one of the greatest teams (top 5) of all time.
