Ivy League

Check out what Anna Venger discovered: an online application for the Harvard MBA program.

Notice anything unusual about the gender selection drop-down menu? Not to mention that the choices for "Your Interests" seem to be skewed in a particular ... way.

That "transgender" is just funny to me not threatening. As far as the "your interests" goes - the full question asks, "Would you be interested in learning more about the following HBS communities and initiatives (check all that apply)?

I guess the rich whites guys community is not listed making this application discriminatory.

Well, I never said that nor even thought of it in that way. My actual thinking was along the lines of the "diversity trumps all" mantra that universities abide by in the modern era. I mean, there couldn't be a vast array of educational communities and initiatives? It is an Ivy League school, after all!
